How Long Can I Go Today With My ToothAche Before Punching Through The Damn Wall!

I've been having a toothache for the past...almost 3 weeks now, and I've been in some pretty terrible pain. I'm going to the dentist today for a clean up and check up later today, causing me to miss the 'High School Here I Come' program. Well, at least I went yesterday and made a couple friends.
I will be going once my checkup is done and once the program is done to pick up my package.
This sucks.
