I don’t go to any classes or programs when it comes to learning how to draw anime tbh, only cos there arent any here, which sucks. -shrug- So basically I have to learn to draw them myself, which brought me to buy books, that are kinda helpful in certain area ahaha.
For example this book:
I had this 6 years ago and it thought me a lot of the human body formation that are even NECESSARY when it comes to drawing anime.
Like the general proportion of human figure ~
It even taught me to at least be familiar with the humans muscle structure, especially the large ones. Mind you that learning the arrangement of muscle would really help you get the clear idea of humans body shape.
Now I’m not suggesting u guys to buy this exact book, but do find books that atleast teach general or basic stuffs bout anatomy like these. Even if its for still life drawing, it can still helps to level up your anatomy knowledge and improves your anime character drawing skill.
I can share with you guys more books that are essential in drawing human anatomy if you want to. So do ask alright.
