Hello guys ~ today I will be reviewing this cute Owl Shoulder Bag from Sweetbox Store ^o^ Unfortunately, it seems the cream owl bag (the one I currently have) must be out of stock, since the image has been removed from both store sites ;u; But Sweetbox has the owl bag in dark blue, light blue, and pink! They also have a variety of cute Asian styled clothing and even have offers/deals on some items (as in, ‘get one buy one free’.) So check them out, they have a lot of different things including clothing, accessories, tights/socks, mobile accessories and shoe wear <3
So, when I received the package, it was in beat up condition (as in, wrinkles everywhere) but even though it looked like the package went through a lot, everything was in perfect shape. Here’s the packaging (front/back):
The package’s size wasn’t too small or big; medium sized. When I opened the package, it was lined in bubble wrap; to protect the bag ;u; After taking out the bag it was wrapped in plastic and then wrapped again with some sort of tissue paper:
The bag is so cute ;u;

As you can see in the bottom left, the purse came with a little accessory. To be honest, I’m not sure what kind of animal it is, but it’s pretty cute and currently on wrist ^o^ The bag has removable/adjustable straps so it can be a shoulder bag, or a small little purse ~ I prefer shoulder bags, so I keep the strap pretty long.

I got an email on March 10th from Elizabeth notifying me when my parcel shipped. She told me it would arrive within 12-18 business days and I got the package today, on March 28. Because Saturdays and Sundays don’t count towards business days, the package took 14 days to arrive (two weeks + not including Saturdays/Sundays.) The shipping was pretty good and came within the predicted range ~
Material/Design:

I absolutely love the owl design; it’s what made me choose this specific item. It’s adorable and look how the little feet peek out on the bottom of the bag. However, I originally had chosen pink but it was unavailable at the time so I chose cream. I like the color cream (really, I do) but it’s also a color that will get easily dirty. On the good side, cream is a color that will match well with many things since it’s a neutral color.
Communication:

Wow, Elizabeth replied very quickly. She even sent me emails every time there were new items at the store, which was very kind of her. If anything, I worried a lot that I was the one replying late, haha. The communications as on point, and she was also easy to talk to, allowing the process to be finished quickly.

The bag is so cute! I love that you can take the straps off or take them off, I love the design, and I like the color. The communication was amazing and quick as was the shipping.
